Standout Jobs is hiring an Account Manager and Customer Service Lead to nurture our growing customer base and build a kick-ass team of support staff.
You need to be:

What will you be doing at Standout Jobs as an Account Manager and Customer Service Lead?
Simple: You'll be helping customers maximize the value they get out of our product, and nurturing long-term relationships.
That will include:
- Designing and implementing career sites for customers
- Training customers on using our product
- Developing training and demo materials
- Developing a customer support and account management strategy
- Managing a team of customer support staff
- Answering phones
- Helping customers with forgotten passwords (i.e. the minutae of things!)
- Securing renewals (so there is a sales component to this!)
A few more things to consider:
- If your entire experience in customer service and account management is as a telephone customer service rep, this isn't the right job for you.
- Experience with HTML and web design would be great, because you'll be doing a lot of that here.
- A love affair with the Web wouldn't hurt either - if you blog, microblog, or use social networking sites actively, let us know!
