Standout Jobs is looking for telesales representatives to help grow our customer base. We recently launched our recruitment communication platform and are aggressively pursuing customer opportunities. We're a lean, focused startup dedicated to helping companies recruit more effectively.
YOU WILL:
- Generate new streams of revenue through cold calling (50+ dials a day)
- Use consultative sales skills to sell career-site development and hosting as a service, as well as ancillary recruitment advertising products by phone
- Create unique product combinations and solutions to meet each customer's individual needs
- Grow client base: prospect, qualify, solidify relationships, overcome objections and close new business while maintaining your existing clientele
- Develop solid long-term relationships with advertisers through personal attention and follow-up
- Keep current on trends within the online recruitment industry

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years successful direct sales experience, ideally within the Recruitment Advertising Industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals and expectations
- Enthusiasm and dedication to develop a strong customer base -including research, lead generation and cold calling
- Must be out-going, aggressive, team-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
