About Us
Standout Jobs is a Montreal startup that launched in January 2008. Our goal is to power companies' online recruiting efforts by providing them the tools they need to:
- Showcase their culture and team with a do-it-yourself, interactive Career Site (much like this one!)
- Market their jobs to multiple job boards from one interface and track metrics on their effectiveness
- Track candidates through the hiring process and build on-going, meaningful relationships
- Source candidates and build profiles of them via our bookmark tool
Our product - the Standout Jobs Recruitment Communication Platform - is built using Ruby on Rails, which means we're always looking for talented developers. Standout Jobs is a kick ass place to work - the team is great, works well together and has a lot of fun.
We're passionate about what we do, and care a great deal about our customers. Customers rock!
