See original articleStandout Jobs recently released new functionality to support it’s core focus of giving companies more control over their career sites, employer brand and online profile, and being able to interact with candidates, providing a great candidate experience. Here are the details:
- Table View of Jobs: You can now choose to have jobs displayed on your career site in a table-format or list-format. Here’s a screenshot of the table-format:
- Upload Audio Files/Podcasts: From within the Features->Media area, you can upload audio files & audio podcasts, and then associate those podcasts to specific jobs or pages of content.
- Applying to Employers Without Picking Jobs: It’s now possible to apply to an employer without applying to a specific job. The job widget contains a link to do so, so that job seekers can drop their resume in, even if there’s no perfect job fit at the time.
- Joining the Talent Network: Job seekers and candidates can also join the Talent Network without applying to a specific job. A link is now available in the Subscription Widget to sign-up for the Talent Network. The Talent Network allows employers to e-mail market via our Talent Network CRM, to stay in touch with job seekers and applicants more effectively and regularly.
