New Features Released at Standout Jobs
Imported 4 months ago. See original articleToday we’ve released a group of new features that enhance the Standout Jobs recruitment communication platform in a number of ways. We’re extending the flexibility for larger groups of people to manage their career sites, enhancing the ability for employers to communicate on a frequent basis with prospects and improving the overall flexibility and ease of use as well.
- Access Levels: We’ve added access levels to our back-end system for managing career sites, jobs and candidates. The access levels include: Administrator, Design manager, Career site manager, Content manager and Employee. This allows companies to more easily manage each person’s responsibilities for managing and updating career sites.
- New WYSIWYG Editor: The WYSIWYG editor has been updated to improve it’s use and expand the amount of HTML/CSS styling that’s allowed within job postings, pages, blog posts, etc. This will provide customers with more flexibility in customizing the look & feel of content on their career site.
- Asset Management: For customers using the Advanced Design capabilities of our platform (where you have much more flexibility in terms of the design of a career site), you can now manage assets more easily as well. The Asset Management functionality allows you to upload files - images, CSS files, documents, etc. and incorporate those assets easily into your career site. For example, you could include a PDF version of every job description. Or a downloadable questionnaire that people need to fill out. You can also upload and use your own stylesheets, which is helpful if you’re matching the design of the career site to your corporate site. And you can upload image files that you need to use for the overall site design. Here’s a screenshot of the Asset Management feature (click image for full view):
- More Video Hosting: You can now use videos on your career site that are hosted in more places - including Vimeo, Viddler, Metacafe and blip.tv (along with YouTube.)
- Talent Network CRM: We’ve added a CRM component to our Talent Network so that employers can re-market via email to candidates and prospects. This is quite extensive, and as such will be described in a separate post. The goal of the Talent Network CRM is to allow employers to capture people’s interest in their company an re-connect with them long-term with targeted, email marketing campaigns. All of this functionality is now available in Standout Jobs. We’d be happy to show you a quick demonstration of the product so you can very clearly understand the benefits to improved branding, reach and interactivity with prospects & candidates.
