Talent Network CRM - Launched!
Imported 4 months ago. See original articleStandout Jobs has launched its Talent Network CRM functionality, enabling employers to re-market (via email) to candidates and prospects in a continuous, targeted manner.
The Talent Network collects some personal information about applicants and prospects - including name, email address, phone number, etc. It’s an opt-in service where people can join the Talent Network and make themselves available for future email marketing campaigns. Companies can use the Talent Network CRM to market new job positions, but also news about the company that’s relevant. For example, prospective salespeople might be interested in the company’s latest sales numbers. Developers could be interested in the release of new software, or technical strategies that are being implemented.
Companies can use the Talent Network to keep prospects and candidates engaged; keeping the lines of communication open and building solid, long-term relationships.
Below are some screenshots (click images for bigger versions) with a brief explanation of how the Talent Network CRM works:
1. Manage Campaigns
You can create as many campaigns as you like and manage them from this screen. You can also manage Talent Filters (preset / saved filters of people or jobs that you link to specific campaigns), and Contacts (list of people that have joined the Talent Network.)
2. Create Campaign
Create the campaign with some basic information - campaign name, email subject line, the from name and from address. That’s all it takes to get started.
3. Choose Recipients
Next, pick the people to target with the campaign. If you have a preset filter already, you can use that. When you provide the recipient group with a “Name” that creates a preset filter of people for future use.
You select the recipients by job category (that they’ve applied to / expressed interest in) and location (of jobs they applied to / where they’re located). You can also filter by the date they joined.
4. Define Content
Now you input the message, along with any jobs that you want to attach to the email. Attaching jobs can be done with a preset filter (like picking recipients) or through the filters by category, location and date added.
5. Schedule Campaign
Finally, schedule the campaign. You can also define whether the campaign should repeat at a specific interval or if it’s a one-off.
The Talent Network CRM makes it extremely easy to stay in touch with candidates and prospects. You’ll be able to build better relationships, keep leads warm and manage your recruitment email marketing in the easiest, fastest way possible.
